Everything sold at Stitched By Mikki Moose is handmade crochet. That means no two items are exactly the same—and that’s part of the charm!

You may notice small differences in size, stitching, or color. These are normal for handmade items and are not considered defects.

We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions, but colors may look a little different depending on your screen or lighting.

2. Orders & Payments 💳

When you place an order, you’re confirming that:

Your information (shipping address, payment details, etc.) is correct

You’re authorized to use the payment method provided

Orders are confirmed once payment goes through successfully. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there’s a payment issue, stock problem, or suspected fraud.

All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change at any time, but you’ll always pay the price shown at checkout.

Because our items are handmade, processing times can vary. Estimated shipping times are shared for guidance, but they are not guarantees.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for:

b. Lost or stolen packages

c. Delays caused by weather, customs, or carriers

d. That said—if something goes wrong, please reach out. We genuinely want to help.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll work with you to make things right.

Each crochet piece comes with care instructions. Customers are responsible for proper care and handling.
