Because every item we make is handmade with love, our return policy is a little different than big-box stores. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Handmade Means Unique 🧶

All items from Stitched By Mikki Moose are handmade crochet pieces. Small variations in size, color, or stitching are completely normal and part of the handmade charm. These differences are not considered defects.

2. Returns & Refunds ♻️

Due to the nature of handmade items:

a. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

b. We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or sizing issues.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders 🚨

If your item arrives:

a. Damaged

b. Defective

c. Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Shipping Issues 📦

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for:

a. Carrier delays

b. Lost or stolen packages

c. Incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Cancellations ❌

Orders can only be canceled before production has started. Since many items are made-to-order, cancellations may not always be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
